What Ignited A Passion For Finance?
I arrived in the US at the age of 9 after being left behind in Brazil with my grandparents for 6 years, since my mom couldn't afford to bring me right away. Our biggest problem was our finances. My mom always worked hard, but she never made enough to save up. As I got older, I helped her organize her finances, and I promised myself I would never let my child have the childhood I had.
As a result of my personal financial struggles during my upbringing, I have developed a deep-seated passion for finance. I have a passion for numbers and their ability to guide business owners in directing their operations.
My Goal Is To Help Business Owners Free Up Their Time To Pursue Their Goals And Passions For Their Business.
How My Marriage Taught Me the Importance Of Bookkeeping And Budgeting
The turning point for me was when I got married and my husband started his own business. He struggled to do his bookkeeping, to keep his paperwork in order, to separate himself from the business, and even pay himself.
After we had our first child. I saw the same things happening with our finances as I did as a child. Money was tight, and we couldn’t afford to do much. I didn’t want to see the same things happen to my kid.
